Owner, office and crew
Each person in your business is an owner, office or crew.
- Owner: everything, and changes what people can do.
- Office: everything but people's roles.
- Crew: their week and jobs, sites, photos and to-dos. Crew never see money: no prices, bills or estimates.
Change what someone can do
Only an owner can.
- Open Settings › People.
- Pick what the person can do beside their name. It saves when you pick.
A business always keeps an owner who can sign in.
Add a person
Open Settings › Help › Contact support with their name, their email and what they can do. Radial Logic adds them.
New leads
Settings › Name, state and Home › New leads go to picks who gets the follow-up for a new lead, or everyone.
