Possibly spam
For the owner and the office
A request that looks odd is kept, not dropped. It shows as Possibly spam, and its follow-up to-do says to check it first.
A request can look odd when it has a web link in it, uses words common in spam, or has a name that isn't one.
Check it
- Open the customer.
- Read what they sent.
- If it's real, tap Not spam, or Looks right.
If it's spam, archive it. See Archiving, deleting and Undo.
