Support visits
For the owner and the office
When you ask for help, Radial Logic may need to see what you see. It can sign in to your ClearVis as ClearVis Support for a short visit.
- Every visit has a reason and an end time. A red bar across every page shows it's a support visit.
- Everything it changes is named ClearVis Support, and each customer it changes says why it was there.
- A visit never opens your people, roles, passwords or phones, never sends emails or texts, and never downloads your data.
See the visits
Open Settings › Name, state and Home. At the bottom, under ClearVis support, Support visits lists each one: when, how long, the reason and what changed.
Turn it off
Only the owner can.
- Open Settings › Name, state and Home.
- At the bottom, under ClearVis support, tap Turn off.
Off, nobody from Radial Logic can sign in, and a visit going on ends at once. Tap Turn on to allow it again.
