Sending a quote by text or email
For the owner and the office
- Open the quote.
- Tap Send.
- Pick how:
- Text them the link opens your phone's messages with the link typed in.
- Email it from ClearVis sends it by email with the PDF. Check To, add a Note if you like, then tap Send email.
- Save PDF or Share… sends it yourself.
The customer gets a link to just this quote. The quote is marked Sent.
Email from ClearVis needs to be on first. See Email from ClearVis.
Copy the link
Open Or copy the link, then tap Copy link. See it as they will opens it the way the customer sees it. Stop this link turns it off.
